Our prices range from $11.00 and up.

We have a variety of packages to meet your needs.

Our portrait sizes range from subwallets to 8x10's.
- How long will processing take?
You will receive your order within fourteen business days.
- Is there a sitting or a session fee?
No, there is not a sitting or a session fee.
- What should my child wear?
Your child should wear what she/he looks best in. Usually bright and solid colors work best.
- How else can I prepare my child for the sitting?
Just get your child ready as if it were a normal day at school.
- Are the portraits mailed to me or given to my child?
The school will decide how the packages will be released. It will either be to the school in your child's name or mailed to your home.
- What is Jeweltone?
Jeweltone is an underclass color option to choose other than the normal blue/gray backround. Click HERE to see our Jeweltone selection. The Jeweltone option is not available in all schools.
- How can I change my order?
Because we process our orders quickly, orders can not be changed after the pictures have been taken. If you need additional pictures, you can reorder after you receive your pictures.
- How long will it take for a reorder?
You will receive your reorder in approximately 14 business days.
- When does the composite come?
The composite will arrive in April or May. The school will decide how the composite will be released. It will either be to the school in your child's name or mailed to your home.
- I don't have my original paperwork, what information do I need to reorder?

- What if my order is incorrect?

Most schools offer retakes and you may have retakes at no additional charge. However, if you still are not satisfied, please return your package for a complete refund within 5 days of receipt of pictures. Any adjustments should be taken care of within 30 days to prevent a late fee from occurring.

- How come they send it to the wrong address and I filled out the camera card with the new address?
We are required to use the address provided by the school.
- The wallets do not fit the key chain.
The wallets are a little bigger and have to be cut down to fit.
- When does the Memory book come?
Memory books come later after the prom pictures and will be mailed to the homes. This service is not offered at all schools.

No, there is not a sitting or a session fee.

- What steps should I take towards getting my portrait sitting?
The first step is to decide why you want the portrait. Portraits of loved ones and friends, or the commemoration of a special life event, call for preserving the moment, the feelings, and the emotions. These images - whether on photographic paper, on a disk, or in an electronic device - all recall the special times and people in your life. You should think about your reasons for the portrait in order to determine the kind of image you want. Is it casual, formal, fun? Do you want color portraits or black and whites? Is there a theme? The next step is to schedule a consultation with our studio; you will decide the location, backgrounds, clothing and style for your portrait.
- What if I'm not satisfied?
All our work is guaranteed to your complete satisfaction. Any adjustments to your order should be taken care of within 30 days to prevent any late fee. All our finished portraits are professionally retouched and backed by a money-back guaranteed.
- How do I schedule an appointment?

- What kinds of portrait sittings do you offer?
We offer many different sittings - from portraits of children, families, high school seniors, large family groups, and generational groups, to business executives, engaged couples, and pets. We do not offer wedding coverage.
- How long does a session take?
Depending on the type of session you choose, they are from approximately 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- What should I wear for my sitting?
Clothing in medium and dark tones always works well. Conservative patterns are recommended. For our Originals portraits, we require either all black or a white shirt with light-colored pants, depending on the particular look you want. Turtle neck sweaters and v-necks work great. Long sleeves are suggested.
