HR Imaging Partners, Inc. ("HRI") is a vertically integrated, full service school photography company. HRI has been providing schools the highest quality photographic products and service for nearly 30 years.
At HRI, we are both the photographer and the production lab. Our company is unique in that we do all of our own processing. HRI owns and operates a state-of-the-art 30,000 square foot production facility in Ottawa, Illinois. At this facility we produce every class, dance, sport, and senior photograph. The production facility is exclusively devoted to producing photographic products for HR Imaging's school partners. The operational efficiencies and "closed shop" production gained from our infrastructure enables HRI to maintain a competitive advantage and unmatched control of product quality and delivery for the schools and customers it services.
Along with the production facility, the scheduling and service departments are also housed in Ottawa. Scheduling and service work in tandem with yearbook staffs and schools to coordinate photographing seniors, underclassmen, sporting events, fine art events, candid scenes (e.g. assemblies, theme days, parades, etc.) and dances. HRI has a dedicated, full-time staff of professionals devoted exclusively to addressing the concerns, requests, and questions of schools, students, and parents. Due to this close intergration, everyone in the HRI organization is able to focus on the intricate details necessary for sound and prompt delivery of its customers' photographs. The benefit of having so much support staff translates to near-perfect execution and short delivery times for HRI's customers.
Also located in Ottawa, HRI's Technology Division has the latest advancements in photography capabilities, including a proprietary student identification software program - ID Composition Software ("ICS"). ICS focuses on meeting the needs of the school administration by creating a complete ID card and database system. ICS allows HRI to deliver images to their schools along with practical and easy-to-use software. Data from school systems may be imported into the system. With a student image database, schools can generate their own identification materials in-house, including awards, ID cards, and more. Furthermore, HRI has a full-time staff of technicians and in-house programmers who continue to produce the most advanced products while always providing timely technical support.
The unique configuration of HRI is the result of a thirty-year evolution in school photography service. We strive to be on the cutting edge with our production, service, and technology. Throughout our existence we have been and remain hardworking and uncompromising in "documenting a child's life journey through school years."
