To Whom It May Concern: Root Studios and HR Imaging has been our official school photographer for more than fifty years, and although I haven't worked with them for nearly that long, I am writing to recommend them based on my twenty-five years of experience as our yearbook adviser. Portraits are important both to parents and the yearbook staff. As a portrait company, Root has proven itself to be highly competent in photographing many students in an efficient manner during our school day. They always deliver our portraits on schedule. From acting as a go-between to answer questions from parents, I know that Root always makes good on its guarantees. In covering our school events for the yearbook, their scheduling personnel and on-site photographers have done a professional job year after year. Much of the success that our yearbook program has had is due to their taking of quality photos and delivering them to the school in a timely manner. We are in their debt when it comes to capturing important events during the school year. No company operates without errors. However, I can say with confidence that Root Studios makes things right.
